From Progress Energy, here's the report on major Progress Energy power outages as of 7 a.m. today (Monday): About 98,000 Progress Energy customers are without power in North Carolina as of 7 a.m. That's down from a peak of 280,000 at 2 p.m. Saturday. Here are counties with 3,000 or more outages:
Numerous other counties in coastal and eastern North Carolina have fewer than 3,000 outages. |
