Harris Teeter Giving Free Water & Ice

Charlotte-based Harris Teeter is distributing free water and ice to eastern North Carolina residents affected by Hurricane Irene. Here are the locations: 

Store #221, 2019 S Glenburnie Rd in New Bern – 8/28 at 3pm; 8/29 at 12pm
Store #265, 5000 US Hwy 70 in Morehead City – 8/28 at 4pm followed by additional trucks; 8/29 at 12pm

Store #287, 2120 E Firetower Rd in Greenville, NC – 8/28, distribution in process and second truck to arrive at 4pm
Store #320, 1470 Quarterpath Rd in Williamsburg – 8/28, distribution in process
Store #175, 2012 South Croatan Hwy in Kill Devil Hills – 8/28, distribution in process
Store #96, 5920 Carolina Beach Rd in Wilmington – 8/28, distribution in process
