Criminal Minds (9pm, CBS) - Divining Rod: A copycat killer emerges in an Oklahoma town after a serial murderer is executed in the state. Meanwhile, Prentiss is anxious over a major real-estate purchase.

Rock Center (9pm, NBC) - President Barack Obama and his national security and military teams detail the May 2, 2011, operation that targeted Osama bin Laden in a segment that goes inside the secretive Situation Room in the White House.

Don't Trust the B in Apartment 23 (9:30pm, ABC) - June is devastated when she receives a wedding invitation addressed to her and her ex-fiancĂ©, so Chloe tries to bolster her confidence—and does too good a job. Excellent Kevin Sorbo cameo.

America Revealed: Made in the USA (10pm, UNC-TV) - In tonight's finale, Yul Kwon (right) explores the American manufacturing machine, which is morphing from a system reliant upon traditional raw materials to one in which the raw materials are ideas and information. Included: workers who make iconic products; engineers who are retooling the auto industry; and engineers who are rethinking the microchip. Also: A start-up that is creating personalized robots(!!).

Revenge (10pm, ABC) - A newly discovered photo of David gives Emily new clues. Meanwhile, Grayson Global undergoes an investigation by the SEC, and the press get hostile in anticipation of Daniel's expected release.

White Chapel (10pm, BBC America) - Season 3 ends with Miles and Chandler clashing over the direction of the investigation as the body count rises.

Total Blackout (10pm, Syfy) - The players must identify items by scent and do their best not to disturb a sleeping critter. Also, animals are arranged according to their place in the food chain.
