Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (9:30pm, ABC) - A very funny new sitcom about an optimistic girl from the midwest who moves to New York and finds herself a roommates who "has the morals of a pirate." The best part (and there are many wonderful parts) is the evil roomie's best friend is James Van Der Beek, playing himself. Check out my review.
Law & Order: SVU (10pm, NBC) - A closed rape case of Benson's is reopened because of its similarities to a new case, and the possibility of wrongful imprisonment surfaces. As Benson's work is questioned, tension develops between her, ADA Haden and Bayard Ellis.
CSI (10pm, CBS) - A man Nick helped put in prison gets his conviction overturned and will be released, unless the CSIs can uncover new evidence to prove he is guilty.
Psych (10pm, USA) - In the Season 6 finale, Gus and Henry reopen a murder investigation when the victim's body finally surfaces after 20 years.
Revenge (10pm, ABC) - There's no new "Revenge" tonight, but there is a recap special.
