Prohibition (8pm, UNC-TV) - In the conclusion to this three-part documentary series, Ken Burns looks at the factors that led to the end of Prohibition, including the criminalization of alcohol which fed large profits into the coffers of criminal organizations and turned gangsters such as Al Capone into celebrities. Also, wealthy Pauline Sabine, who encouraged the repeal of the 18th Amendment and brought together women of all classes who supported her position.
NCIS (8pm, CBS) - The team is surprised to find a connection between the murder of a Navy lieutenant and McGee's grandmother.
Viking Wilderness (9pm, Animal Planet) - A new series tracking wildlife in remote parts of northern Europe beings with musk oxen butting heads to woo females; wolves and bears fighting over an elk carcass, and bears brawling for territorial rights.
New Girl (9pm, Fox) - Nick lands a date with an attractive coworker (Lake Bell), but then Jess accidentally walks in on him naked, making his self-confidence plummet to an all-time low.
Raising Hope (9:30pm, Fox) - Burt flashes back to a decades-old kidnapping story when the ponytailed drifter (Sean Bridgers) who was involved pays the Chances an unexpected visit.
Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Zeke lands a commercial, while Camille ponders her own achievements. Also, Crosby and Adam don't see eye-to-eye over a parenting issue, and Drew's first date goes awry.
Body of Proof (10pm, ABC) - A young nanny is killed in a hit-and-run accident, and her 5-year-old charge, who requires medication, is kidnapped. Bud's interrogation of the prime suspect in the crime takes an unfortunate turn that puts him in jeopardy.
