MasterChef (9pm, Fox) - Tonight's "Hell's Kitchen" episode (8pm) will merge seamlessly into the first episode of a new reality competition show, "MasterChef." The new series looks a lot like "HK" and even has chef Gordon Ramsay as a judge (along with Graham Elliot Bowles and Joe Bastianich). But this time all the hopefuls are true amateur cooks, and it seems to be a little lighter on the whole "wrath of hell" vibe you get from "HK." In fact, tonight's first round of auditions has a couple of tearjerker moments. Don't think I've ever cried watching "Hell's Kitchen." And there's a local guy on the show, but we'll have to wait till next week to see him.
White Collar (9pm, USA) - Neal and Peter try to catch a criminal who is copying Neal's style and pulling off Neal-type capers.
Growing Up Twisted (10pm, A&E) - The first episode in a new series following Dee Snider of the metal band Twisted Sister. Tonight, to celebrate his wedding anniversary, Dee wants to get his "Suzette Forever" tattoo redone but finds out Suzette is having her "Dee Forever" tattoo removed. There's a second episode at 10:30.
Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List (10pm, Bravo) - Kathy discovers that Tom's new sleep disorder drugs are making him sleepwalk and "sleep eat" -- and he's eating her most prized junk foods.
The Colony (10pm, Discovery) - In the second season premiere, seven volunteers try to adopt to a changed world after a fictitious viral apocalypse decimates humanity.
