Rudolph's Shiny New Year (8pm, ABC) - Red Skelton narrates this cartoon classic about Rudolph's special mission for Santa. Features the voices of Frank Gorshin and Morey Amsterdam and the classic song, "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer."

True Blood (8pm, HBO) - The Season 3 marathon continues...

Kennedy Center Honors (9pm, CBS) - My favorite show of the year! Paul McCartney, Merle Haggard, Oprah Winfrey, Jerry Herman, and Bill T. Jones are the honorees at the 33rd annual celebration, hosted by Caroline Kennedy. Performers and presenters include Julia Roberts, Vince Gill, James Taylor, Willie Nelson, Sidney Poitier, Alec Baldwin, Chris Rock, Steven Tyler, John Travolta, Barbara Walters, Kris Kristofferson, and Angela Landsbury.

Glory Daze (10pm, TBS) - Joel tries to snap out of his passion for Christie, only to go on a hellish date. Then Brian tries to connect with Annabel and Eli becomes obsessed with the military after watching "Top Gun."
