The Good Wife (10pm, CBS) - An emergency courtroom is set up inside a hospital, where Alicia and Will try to force an insurance company to pay for life-saving in-utero surgery. And speaking of Alicia and Will, CBS promos indicate there could be a little smoochy-smoochy tonight.
Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Max gets kicked out of school so Peter and Kristina have to consider other options for him. Sarah breaks up with Jim but then needs his help when she has car trouble, and Crosby spends more time with Jabbar.
Justified (10pm, FX) - In the premiere of an excellent new FX drama based on stories by Elmore Leonard, US Marshall Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) returns home to Kentucky and gets a case that pits him against an old childhood friend who has gone bad. Check out our review. Repeats on FX again at 11:11pm and 1:22am.
Southland (10pm, TNT) - Ben goes on his first solo patrol and has to track down a missing girl, and Chickie works on being a better cop. Repeats on TNT again at 1am.
