What to Watch on Thursday: Season finales for 'Glee,' 'Community' and 'Person of Interest'

American Idol (8pm, Fox) - The top two finalists are revealed in a results show that also features performances by Alicia Keys and "Idol" alum Lauren Alaina.

Community (8pm, NBC) - In the Season 4 finale, Jeff ponders the future after he receives enough credits to graduate. Elsewhere, the group revisit the darkest timeline.

Glee (9pm, Fox) - In the Season 4 finale, the glee club performs at Regionals with newfound determination to advance in the competition. Meanwhile, Brittany comes back from MIT with a new attitude, Blaine shops for an engagement ring and Ryder learns more about his "catfish." Patty Duke and Meredith Baxter guest star.

The Office (9pm, NBC) - The staffers anticipate the TV premiere of their documentary and Andy attends auditions for "The Next Great A Cappella Singer." Clay Aiken, Mark McGrath and Santigold guest star. Next week's 75-minute episode is the show's series finale.

Person of Interest (9pm, CBS) - The second season ends with Finch and Reese working alongside unexpected allies to save the Machine from Root and the Decima organization. Meanwhile, Finch's relationship with Nathan Ingram is discovered, along with his original motivations for wanting to save the irrelevant numbers from the Machine.

Monumental Mysteries (9pm, Travel) - A new series exploring the history behind America's national monuments starts with stories about a tombstone in New England, a famous con artist and Alcatraz.

Scandal (10pm, ABC) - A major crisis (Mellie's televised interview revealing Fitz's infidelity) rocks the White House and Cyrus is caught in the middle of it. Also, Olivia and her team are the victims of a shocking betrayal.

Series finale of Community?

Probably will not be renewed. Quirky, creative and fun, but no ratings juggernaut.
