Fairly Legal (10pm, USA) - A new show that fits nicely in the USA family. This one is about a lawyer-turned-mediator who tries to save her recently deceased father's firm while dealing with her own personal problems. It's enjoyable and the lead (Sarah Shahi) is likable.
