What to Watch on Thursday: Couric interviews Manti Te'o, new 'Project Runway' begins

Katie (3pm, ABC) - Katie Couric interviews Notre Dame football player Manti Te'o (left), who claims to have been the victim of a hoax involving a dead girlfriend who never existed.

30 Rock (8pm, NBC) - Liz tries to mobilize the staffers to rescue "TGS" from cancellation. Meanwhile, Liz and Criss receive unexpected family news, Tracy and Jenna focus on their careers beyond the show, and Jack sets out to hire the new NBC president.

Parks and Recreation (8:30pm, NBC) - Leslie's push to get more women in government jobs results in her and April collecting garbage. Also, Tom asks Andy and Ben to teach him about basketball, and Ron babysits Diane's kids.

Project Runway (9pm, Lifetime) - Season 11 opens with 16 designers arriving n New York City, where they soon learn they must work in teams the entire season (someone may drop dead right on camera). Guest judge: Christian Siriano.

Grey's Anatomy (9pm, ABC) - A new doctor arrives and unnerves the staff while a pregnant and highly emotional Meredith faces a grave fear.

Glee (9pm, Fox) - The ladies of New Directions organize a Sadie Hawkins dance for the school, and Sam look for proof that the Warblers cheated at Sectionals.

Archer (10pm, FX) - Archer and an old friend (voice of Timothy Olyphant from "Justified") struggle to survive in the Vermont wilderness.
