What to Watch on Sunday: "Mad Men" Christmas party

Bookmark and Share

Rubicon (8pm, AMC) - The pilot of AMC's new cloak-and-dagger conspiracy thriller repeats at 8pm and then a new episode airs at 9pm. Read more about the series and then DVR both episodes.

True Blood (9pm, HBO) - Sam intervenes when Melinda and Joe Lee rope Tommy into a dog-fighting ring (anyone else sick of Sam's new family???), Eric hatches a plan to get information from Queen Sophie-Anne, and Sookie makes one last effort to rescue Bill.

Mad Men (10pm, AMC) - The office Christmas party is nearly spoiled by the late arrival of a surprise and not-so-welcome visitor -- the bastard Lucky Strikes executive (played by Darren Pettie, left) who got Sal (Bryan Batt) fired last season.

The Gates (10pm, ABC) - A vampire slays a resident inside the Gates and Nick gets Dylan to help him find the killer, while Dylan's wife Claire tries to end things with Christian.

The Glades (10pm, A&E) - The dead body of a businessman is discovered just before the annual high school football Muck Bowl event, and Jim hits roadblocks when Pohokee's star player starts looking like a prime suspect. Florida State football coach Bobby Bowden guest stars.

No way!

NO way! Really? I liked Rubicon a lot. I hope it does well in ratings but now I'm worried. I hate to start liking a show and then it get cancelled.

Rubicon ....

Sorry Brooke but Rubicon put me to sleep after 20 minutes.  I'll rerun The Glades while you watch it. Jim ROCKS!

Oh, Brooke .... howbout a shout-out to the blind CIA guy on Covert Action? A new twist to a well-worn ensemble.
