Moguls & Movie Stars: A History of Hollywood (8pm, Turner Classic Movies) - The first in a seven-part look at the Hollywood film industry starts with "Peepshow Pioneers," covering the years 1889-1907. Features interviews with film historians, including Leonard Maltin, and descendants of Hollywood moguls Louis B. Mayer, William Fox, Adolph Zucker, and the Warner brothers.
Chuck (8pm, NBC) - In the wake of his first fight with Sarah, Chuck embarks on a rogue mission ultimately colliding with his mother's spy handler, played by ex-James Bond Timothy Dalton (right). Dalton is on board for a multi-episode arc. Ana Gasteyer (SNL) also appears as an enigmatic Russian agent.
