What to Watch on Friday: Teen vampire is undercover cop in 'Forever 16'

Forever 16 (8pm, Lifetime Movie Network) - A standoffish 16-year-old vampire is forced to work as an undercover cop at a prestigious high school where students are being murdered. For the first time in her life, Raven is allowing people into her life: friends, crushes, even a mother figure. Starring Andrea Roth and Tiera Skovbye.

Man Caves (9pm, DIY) - Television host ("Live with Kelly and Michael") and former NFL player Michael Strahan's feminine dressing room is renovated to better suit his manly disposition.

Miss U Much (10pm, VH1) - Catching up with Justin Guarini ("American Idol"), Jaimee Foxworth ("Family Matters") and David Chokachi ("Baywatch").

Comedy Bang! Bang! (10pm, IFC) - Andy Richter is the guest, with Mike Hanford and Michael Ian Black.

Continuum (10pm, Syfy) - Kiera and Carlos focus their efforts on stopping Travis after he gets hold of a second CPS suit. At the same time, Alec and Emily plan their escape from the Freelancers and deal with a game-changing revelation about Alec's past.
