What to Watch on Friday: Lisa Kudrow's family mysteries

NCAA Basketball (WRAL) - It's going on pretty much all day, folks. Grab your bracket and tune in.

Who Do You Think You Are (8pm, NBC) - Lisa Kudrow (left), exec producer of the show and former "Friends" star, traces her family tree and discovers some pretty dramatic news involving the Holocaust and a young Polish sailor.

Thin Ice (8pm, ABC) - Elizabeth Hasselbeck and Kurt Browning host a figure skating competition in which ten pro skaters compete as couples to win prizes. Judges include Dick Button, Kristi Yamaguchi, and Katarina Witt. Part one of two.

Kitchen Nightmares (9pm, Fox) - Potty-mouthed chef Gordon Ramsay visits the Mama Rita Mexican eatery in Newbury Park, California, and uncovers a disorganized kitchen due to inefficient leadership. The owner learns she may have to sacrifice a friendship to save her business.
