So You Think You Can Dance: Results show

Bookmark and Share

Guest blogger Lenni G. wraps up the week:

The show opened with a terrific group dance choreographed by Wade and Amanda Robson. And the music (Imogen Heap doing AHA!) was a perfect match for the routine. Nice Wade and Amanda, really nice.

Nigel, when asked for his opinion about the previous night's competition, said he enjoyed it and that the show was "back on track" apparently in his mind, due to the tough love he showed just about everyone last week. If you say so, Nigel, then it must be true. I am so LOL.

Dancers deemed safe for next week were Ashleigh and Jakob, Ellenore and Ryan, Noelle and Russell, and Kathryn and Legacy. That meant that Karen, Channing and Mollee for the girls, Kevin, Victor and Nathan for the boys, would be dancing for their lives. After the solos, described by Nigel as "mostly better" than last week, the judges went backstage to make their decisions. They ended up being unanimous on their choices for the Bye Bye Train, giving tickets to Channing (not enough personality to go with her superior technique) and Kevin (never really comfortable outside his own style of Hip Hop).

So, starting next week, each couple will do two dances and there will be a new partnership of Karen (Latin specialty) and Victor (Contemporary specialty). The Top Ten will be established and America will finally have total control.

Yes, Nigel, WE will have total control of the results and I can promise you, WE will be fabulous. And one last thing Nigel - it was US who saved Mollee and Nathan last week so you and Mary and Adam could gush all over them this week.

As I said, WE are and will be fabulous.
