At midnight on Tuesday, June 1, HBO is presenting a nationwide "True Blood Ultimate Fan Experience" featuring a screening of the Season 2 finale episode, a sneak peek at an extended trailer for Season 3, and a live Q&A via satellite with show creator Alan Ball and "True Blood" cast members.
The events take place at movie theaters in 50 select markets across the country, and Raleigh is one of them. The North Hills Stadium 14 theater will host the event here.
There are two ways to get tickets. You can register for a general admission pass at www.truebloodultimatefan.com (first come, first served -- as of the time of this post, there are passes available) or you can try to win a VIP pass in the True Blood Ultimate Fan Facebook Sweepstakes (the VIP contest has ended).
Watch the short trailer for Season 3 below:

The opportunity to win "VIP"
Wed, 05/26/2010 - 23:11 — jmeadowsThe opportunity to win "VIP" passes on Facebook ended Monday night - they've given out all 50 for Raleigh, so now all you can do is register and try to get in "first come, first serve." I stayed up last Friday night until 2am to win my VIP tickets and I can't wait!
Congrats on the VIP status!
Thu, 05/27/2010 - 10:17 — brookecain (author)I just got the info from HBO yesterday and it didn't say that the VIP contest ended Monday, so thanks VERY MUCH for clearing that up. I'll amend the post. She definitely said general admission tix at North Hills were still up for grabs, so people should try for those. I hope you are taking off work the day after!
