Happiness is a warm TV

North Carolina woman could win $1 million today on "Millionaire" game show

Bookmark and Share

A North Carolina woman has an excellent shot at winning $1 million today when she competes against one other finalist in the "Who Wants to be a Millionaire: Million Dollar Tournament of Ten."

Jehan Shamsid-Deen of Concord will go up against Sam Murray of Philadelphia on today's show, which airs at 12:30pm on ABC (WTVD locally). Murray is the tournament leader, but Jehan can take the prize if she answers her final question correctly. Believe it or not, her million dollar question is "rhymes with orange" related. If she misses her question or chooses not to answer, Sam Murray is the $1 million winner.

Jehan works as an officer for a non-profit in Concord. She is the top seed in the Tournament as well as the top "Millionaire" winner this season. She won $250,000 on the show just last month.
