This past Sunday night, PBS's "Masterpiece Mystery!" debuted the first installment of their new "Sherlock" mini-series, "Sherlock: A Study in Pink."
Was it good? No, it was brilliant. It was "watch it two times" amazing. Seriously, if you missed it, you must watch this BBC-produced remake when it repeats October 28 and October 30. It's Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as you've never seen them. Plus, how can you not watch a show starring someone named Benedict Cumberbatch?
"Sherlock: A Study in Pink" will air on UNC-MX at 9pm on Thursday, October 28. Then in the wee early hours of Saturday morning (2am), it airs on UNC-TV. It's also streaming on the PBS website.
The second installment, "Sherlock: The Blind Banker" will air Sunday night (October 31) at 9pm, and the final installment, "Sherlock: The Great Game" will air on November 7 at 9pm, all on UNC-TV (here's the full UNC-TV schedule).
