'Lost' masterminds 'completely liberated'

Lost producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof (shown left and right) are excited to be back on the air, almost as excited as they are to have an end date for their fab ABC thriller.

Here's a story from the Kansas City Star. (No spoilers, a couple of hints like that characters Daniel Faraday and Richard Alpert [Jeremy Davis and Nestor Carbonell pictured above] will figure heavily in the time-travel storyline.) TV reporters were invited for a peak at Season Five as well as a discussion with Cuse and Lindelof. There the duo talked about the freedom they gained as soon as they knew the series, which airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m., would end in with S6 in 2010.
