Jaime Pressly engaged again

Kinston native Jaime Pressly is engaged to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.

Pressly was overheard Thursday in the lobby of the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego telling a friend that she and Singh (left) are engaged, and Pressly's rep later confirmed the news to US Magazine.

Pressly, who turned 32 on Thursday, starred in the cancelled NBC sitcom "My Name is Earl," and stole scenes as Jon Favreau's wife in the recent hit movie, "I Love You, Man." She has also filmed a sitcom pilot with Simon Rex called "Rex," but the pilot has not been picked up as of yet.

Pressly has a 2-year-old son (Dezi) with former boyfriend DJ Eric Cubiche. She and Cubiche broke up this past November.
