Happiness is a warm TV

Feel-good episode of 'OTH'

Bookmark and Share

There was a lot of love on Monday's episode of "One Tree Hill."

It's a shame Millie and Mouth can't get a piece of it. They were so good together.

Mouth won't forgive Millie for cheating on him with Owen. He tries to find it in his heart, but he can't stop picturing his love in bed with another. He tells Millie that it's a good idea for her to take a job working for Brooke in New York.

Brooke is a little more forgiving. She flies off the handle after hearing the news of the affair, but is quick to lend a shoulder to her sad friend. Brooke and Mouth bond over the betrayal by throwing darts at a picture of Owen's face. Ouch.

Brooke spends the evening working with Julian on costume designs for Lucas' movie. A few glasses of wine later, and work turns into conversation, and conversation turns into kissing. Let's not forget that Julian is Peyton's old love, and Peyton stole Lucas from Brooke.

Lucas and Peyton agree to babysit Jamie and Andre. Hailey thinks it's a good idea for them to practice their parenting skills before the arrival of baby Sawyer-Scott. Let's just say, they've got a lot to learn on that front.

Hailey and Nathan enjoy their childless night by double-dating with Mia and Chase. Mia is nervous to go on the date by herself, so she convinces her friends to join them.

Chase can't get out of working behind the bar, so the foursome hangs out at Tric. He agrees not to tell the "owner" (uh, Karen?)  that Mia is underage. Chase might eventually get arrested for hooking up with her. He's a bartender and she's not 21.

Hailey and Mia trick Nathan and Chase into performing a karaoke number in front of the bar crowd. While I enjoyed The Young MC "Bust A Move" flashback, I'm ready for Grandpa Dan to revive the lifeless storyline of Nate and Hailey.

Don't forget I'll recap "90210" on Wednesday's blog.
