The "Today Show" has snagged the first interview with Elizabeth Edwards since her separation from husband John earlier this year. Who's surprised it didn't go to ABC? Not me!
The interview with Matt Lauer will air Wednesday morning and she'll appear on CNN's "Larry King Live" later that same night.
The reason for the press appearances is the release of her book "Resilience" in paperback, but she'll also discuss the situation with John.
John and Elizabeth's oldest daughter Cate wrote an essay for People magazine about her mother, which is also supposed to drop next week. In that essay, Cate talks about how their lives were "savaged" by her father's affair.
"Today" airs on NBC-17 starting at 7am.

Never mind that our whole
Fri, 06/25/2010 - 18:33 — outhousecatNever mind that our whole country was almost "savaged" by this loser, his ho, and his "saint" of a wife who didn't mind lying to all of us to get her "cancer ravaged" sanctimonious butt into the White House. This whole family, except the two youngest, need to fall off the face of the earth somewhere if they can't find any other way to keep from annoying the hell out of the rest of us.
