Raleigh native and "Dexter" star Michael C. Hall announced in a statement today that he has cancer and is currently receiving treatment in Los Angeles.
Hall has Hodgkin's Lymphoma and says the cancer was caught at an early stage and is "treatable and curable." According to a spokesman for Hall, the cancer appears to be in remission.
A spokesman for Hall said the actor plans to return to production for the 5th season of "Dexter" later this year.
