Once again, the Happiness bloggers elected (begged) my mom to be our Dancing with the Stars correspondent. After each show, she calls me with her report...
Tuesday night's results show was just one hour long, and while someone did get eliminated, most of the time was taken up with guest stars.
"They had Joss Stone," my mom said. "She never wears shoes. Why doesn't she wear shoes?"
Does someone know?
Shoes or no shoes, my mom said Stone sang two songs and sounded good.
"Then there was Selena Gomez -- some teenager -- she has a new song or album out. And of course, during all this, the pros danced. That part of it was good. Then they had the USC Trojan Marching Band. They marched. And they had some break dancers. There was an Amber Alert in the middle of it so you couldn't hear the music, but you could see them marching and break dancing."
"Also, Mickey Rourke was in the audience cheering on his buddy Chuck Liddell."
So who got cut loose?
"Kathy Ireland went home. It was time."
My mom reports that it was down to Ireland and Debbie Mazar, which surprised her (Mazar's presence in the bottom two). But the ailing Tom DeLay is safe for another week.
