Wow. So, the big burly football player Warren Sapp got mad and threw the much smaller (but apparently feisty) professional dancer Derek Hough against a wall the night before the finale?
With the Dancing with the Stars publicity overload, I'm a little surprised we haven't heard more about this. Or maybe this is old news and I just had turkey-brain last week.
But here's the scoop.
TMZ reported that Warren showed up for the big group dance rehearsal several hours late and then complained about not being able to follow the choreography. A few dancers commented that maybe he should have gotten there on time. One thing led to another and Warren threw little Derek against the wall.
Several other DWTS dancers confirmed the account.
To his credit, Derek Hough didn't back down. And he got the last laugh because he and partner Brooke Burke prevailed over Warren and Kim for the big DWTS trophy.
