Happiness is a warm TV

Canceled: "The Wanda Sykes Show"

Bookmark and Share

Fox canceled its seriously under-performing "Wanda Sykes Show" today.

The show disappointed from the start both critically and in ratings. It aired on Saturday nights at 11pm.

Wanda Sykes won an Emmy for her writing on "The Chris Rock Show" and she was a regular scene-stealer in HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm." She also had a sitcom on Fox in 2003 called "Wanda At Large," but it was canceled pretty quickly.

Let's hope she continues her run on "The New Adventures of Old Christine," because she's consistently the best part of that show.
