Spanish-language TV network Telemundo is coming to Time Warner Cable tomorrow.
It will be on the digital tier and the Hispanic tier -- channel 379 in Raleigh; channel 557 in Charlotte; channel 177 in Greensboro; channel 878 in Wilmington.
Among Telemundo's offerings are Billboard Latin Music Awards and the best of Mexican Soccer, including the Mexican National Team (La Seleccion Mexicana), Las Chivas de Guadalajara (First Division) and over 100 matches from the Torneo de Clausura and Torneo de Apertura of the following FLM teams: Los Diablos Rojos del Toluca, Los Pumas de UNAM, Los Rayados de Monterrey, Los Tigres de UANL, Los Rojinegros del Atlas and Los Potros de Hierro del Atlante.
And then there are the telenovelas, including “Doña Barbara,” “El Rostro de Analia” and “Sin Senos no Hay Paraiso.”

Assistant Features Editor Adrienne Johnson Martin would like to have her life turned into an animated cartoon.

Spanish Stations on cable and over the air
Thu, 02/12/2009 - 15:49 — StephensonRoseThe Time Warner Cable basic package has 2 channels in Spanish, 8 and 17, which has American movies and TV shows dubbed into Spanish, such as Clint Eastwood's "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly." Over the air you can get 2 stations, 40(same as 8 on Cable) or 44, which I think is Telemondo.
