"NC Bookwatch" host DG Martin sits down with former John Edwards assistant/confidant Andrew Young tonight to talk about Young's scandalous tell-all, "The Politician."
It's a special prime-time edition of Martin's show, which normally airs on Sunday afternoons on UNC-TV. Coincidentally, Martin was Edwards' opponent in the Democratic primary when Edwards ran for US Senate in 1998.
In the interview, Young talks to Martin about his background and about working on Edwards' Senate and presidential campaigns. Young helped Edwards hide his long 
affair with Rielle Hunter and for awhile, claimed paternity of Edwards' child with Hunter.
Since the release of his book, Young has also appeared on the ABC shows "20/20," "Nightline," "Good Morning America," and also on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
