I don't see how it's going to help him get his EGOT, but Tracy Morgan (aka Tracy Jordan from NBC's Emmy award-winning "30 Rock") is coming to Raleigh to do a four-day stand-up gig in September.
Morgan, who also starred on "Saturday Night Live," will perform at Goodnight's Comedy Club on Morgan Street, practicing material for an upcoming HBO special.
Another SNL alum appearing at Goodnight's soon is Kevin Nealon, who currently plays a stoner accountant on Showtime's "Weeds."
Nealon appears August 27-28 and Morgan appears September 2-5. Get more information at the Goodnight site.
