Salad Cookbook

I love salads and am always looking for new fresh ideas. Yes, salads are associated with dieting, but a good salad with various trimmings is always good as a side dish or main dish.  Eating healthy is the best lifestyle !!

Cookbook

I could definitely use some salad inspiration, especially with lots of vegetables ripening in my garden!

Salad Cookbook

I don't eat salads much. I like them in restaurants, but have never been particularly successful making good salads at home--they end up tasting like rabbit food. Not sure if I'm just choosing the wrong ingredients, or what, but I need to eat more salads, so I can use all the help I can get!

Salads and summer go together.  I would love to win this cookbook.  Thanks so much.

Salads

As I eat salads almost everyday, I would like some new ideas on what I can use with my salads and this looks great.

This is my trick to make sure I serve plenty of salads:  Every three or four days, my husband and I have a "chopping session". I wash and prepare carrots, celery, peppers, onions,  etc., and he chops them.  We place them in plastic containers and keep them in the refrigerator for making salads for lunch and dinner.  I also keep boiled eggs, slightly cooked cauliflower and broccoli and avacodos, etc., available in the refrigerator.  I would never bother to put all those items into my salads if we did not do the prep in advance.
