TEDxRaleigh is one of many localized events part of the technology, entertainment and design phenomenon - TED. TEDx events are licensed conferences with TED's spirit of "ideas worth spreading" in mind.
TEDx events are designed to be a cocktail of cranial caffeine, brain tonic, and intellectual meth. To create this spark, organizers have assembled a speaking cadre of innovators, doers, and thinkers to tell the stories of their experiences and passion. The theme for TEDxRaleigh 2012 is Alchemy: What are the elements, processes, and reactions that turn ideas into reality?
