Natural Remedies For Cold and Flu Symptoms
Mon, 02/18/2013 - 02:27 — jamesmoore7122I don't think there are any side effects in any of the natural remedies. However not sure if used in excess or any mismatch would cause one. I prefer turmeric, dandelions and medicinal mushroom as natural remedies for preventing cold and flu. These remedies even help to boost the immune system. Wed, 02/13/2013 - 02:36 — LetsGoPittNot sure anything really prevents colds, I think there are too many factors involved: hygene, genetics, overall health, etc.
But I know one thing for sure: when I feel a cold coming on, if I start getting the sniffles or a scratchy throat, I pop the vitamin C's and start drinking the herbal teas. They definitely chase the cold away, espcially the Yogi Teas.
