Lets Golf! for the iPhone and iPod Touch is normally $2, but for now at least you can download it for free. There is a lite version that has been free, but be sure to get the non-lite application. Great game.

More Apple Tablet rumors

The Apple tablet rumor mill have been churning as hard as ever. The latest item being that it is expected to be available in March for about $1,000. Lenovo's new IdeaPad U1 Hybrid | Laptop-Tablet convertible

The Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid is a 3.8-pound laptop with what appears to be a detachable multitouch screen to transform it into tablet mode. I think the concept is clever and innovative.

A new OS for the iPhone is also expected. The event had previously been expected on Jan. 26. There have been some alleged tablet specs and details emerge, which I must be upfront with my own doubt, but I'll post them and let you use your own judgement.

Microsoft muscle control may be coming

Don't worry. Microsoft is not developing remote controlled humans (that we know of), but is working on a concept that translates muscles movement into commands. I know we do this already with keyboards and mice, but this skips those steps. Video on the jump.

Verizon offering free battery covers for Droid

Droid users should know what this is about, but apparently the battery cover is sometimes problematic. You can check local availability through the Verizon link here.
