Lenovo to unveil new ThinkPad Edge line and other products

Triangle PC maker Lenovo will introduce its new line of laptops and other products at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Intended or not, you can see the product information on the Lenovo site and the leak is trickling over the web. The ThinkPad Edge will be available in 13", 14" and 15" screen sizes. A choice of processors will be offered for performance and pricing options.

The 13" model will be the first available with the larger screens expected in the second  quarter. Here are some specs:

Dual-core processors
4GB RAM
Windows® 7
Gigabit Ethernet, WWAN with GPS, 802.11bgn WiFi, BT and WiMAX connectivity options
13.3" widescreen
Spill-resistant keyboard
Up to 7.8 hours of battery life
Enhanced multimedia and HD audio
Low-light-sensitive Web camera
Three USB ports (1 powered), 5-in-1 media card reader and HDMI
Available colors are midnight black, matte and glossy; heatwave red
3.6 pounds
Pricing expected to start at $549
