Late night mystery device revealed | 7" Tegra tablet

The mystery device Late Night With Jimmy Fallon teased us with indeed looks to be an interesting tablet. It is not breaking news in the tech world, but you may have missed the recent details over the past few weeks scattered over the intertubes. ICD has developed a tablet line running Android. The 7" Ultra is what made the appearance on NBC with Engadget's likable geek Joshua Topolsky. Here are the Ultra specs from the ICD product page.
