What to Watch on Sunday: Jaycee Dugard special, 'Curb' return

Big Brother (8pm, CBS) - Thursday night's premiere revealed that Jordan and Jeff from Season 11 are back. Jordan Lloyd, the winner from Season 11, is from Charlotte. In tonight's episode, nominations for eviction are revealed.

Primetime: Jaycee Dugard - In Her Own Words (9pm, ABC) - Diane Sawyer interviews California kidnapping victim Jaycee Dugard. Dugard was abducted in 1991 by Phillip and Nancy Garrido and held for 18 years. During her captivity, she bore two children, fathered by Garrido.

Drop Dead Diva (9pm, Lifetime) - Jane represents the mother of a dwarf in a case against a sperm bank as she awaits a post-date phone call from Dr. Bill.

True Blood (9pm, HBO) - Sookie has her hands full when she tries to help an uncharacteristically befuddled Eric, but she's in for an even bigger surprise on a visit to Shreveport to see Alcide.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (10pm, HBO) - In the Season 8 premiere, Larry (Larry David, right) has second thoughts about his lawyer and also rethinks a Girl Scout cookie order from the daughter of a sports team owner.

Falling Skies (10pm, TNT) - This series just got a Season 2 pickup from TNT! Tonight, Hal orchestrates a shadowy and perilous plan to slip into an alien lair to rescue been and the other harnessed kids.

Famous Food (10pm, VH1) - The premiere of a new reality series in which seven D-List celebrities try to launch a restaurant together. Some of the gems here include Heidi Montag, Jake Pavelka, Ashley Dupre, and Vincent Pastore.

What to Watch on Thursday: 'Big Brother' returns on CBS

Big Brother (9pm, CBS) - In the 13th season opener, eight new house guests are introduced, plus some notorious pairs from previous seasons who will also play the game.

Rookie Blue (10pm, ABC) - A full moon brings the crazies out as Andy and Swarek track a disturbed man while looking into the theft of three severed heads from a medical lab. Andy tries to protect a young woman who may be the next victim, and ends up putting herself and Luke in harm's way.

Suits (10pm, USA) - Harvey goes rogue in order to fix a crisis with a client despite Jessica's desire to reign him in. Elsewhere, Mike turns to Rachel for guidance when he learns he'll be hosting a dinner for rookies, and important tradition at the firm.

Extreme Chef (10pm, Food) - A mountain challenge has three chefs, including Rocky Mount's Chef Jerome Brown, hiking up a steep hill with all their cooking supplies and diving into a frigid lake to catch fish.

Wilfred (10pm, FX) - Ryan gets his wallet back from his violent, porn-addicted neighbor (Ethan Suplee), who wants revenge on the thief, but who also wants a pal.

Louie (10:30pm, FX) - Louie searches for a new home in New York. Donna Hanover, ex-wife of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, plays Louie's real estate agent.

Ugly Americans (10:30pm, Comedy Central) - Callie reluctantly becomes her baby sister's guardian when their estranged parents' reunion proves to be a short one.

What to Watch on Wednesday: Big premieres, bigger finales

Survivor: Nicaragua (8pm, CBS) - The 21st edition of this CBS reality show begins tonight with a special "old vs. young" competition, featuring former Dallas Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson and three contestants from North Carolina. Be sure to check back with us after the show for a recap.

MasterChef (8pm, Fox) - The winner of the first season is announced. I have no prediction but I'm pulling for 22-year-old Whitney. The winner gets $250,000, a cookbook deal, and the title "America's Best Home Cook."

America's Got Talent (8pm, NBC) - The winner of Season 5 is revealed in a two-hour special.

Big Brother 12 (9pm, CBS) - The jury votes for the winner of the $500,000 prize in the season finale.

Dark Blue (9pm, TNT) - Two new back-to-back episodes with the 10pm episode marking the second season finale. In the finale, the gang tries to stop a terrorist smuggling dirty bomb components into the country.

Ma's Roadhouse (9pm, TruTV) - A new reality series following a Dallas man who oversees a bar, a tattoo parlor, and a motorcycle shop with plenty of input from his opinionated 71-year-old mother, who also manages his bar. Two new back-to-back episodes tonight.

Outlaw (10pm, NBC) - A new pilot starring Jimmy Smits as a Supreme Court justice who quits the court to return to private practice, traveling the country with his legal team taking on controversial cases.

Top Chef: Washington, DC (10pm, Bravo) - The winner (please don't be Angelo) is announced in tonight's finale from Singapore. The winner (please don't be Angelo) receives $125,000.

Top Chef: Just Desserts (10pm, Bravo) - This delicious "Top Chef" spinoff debuts after the D.C. finale. Check out our review.

What to Watch on Thursday: Daddy drama on "Rookie Blue"

Big Brother 12 (8pm, CBS) - Someone goes home tonight.

Rookie Blue (9pm, ABC) - Andy and Swarek find evidence linking Andy's father to a murder during one of his drunken blackouts, and then search for proof of his innocence. Also, a vigilante dressed like a super hero robs Chris and Dov.

Stan Lee's Superhumans (10pm, History) - On tap tonight: freediver Patrick Musimu, psychokinetic Miroslaw Magola, balancing artist Eskil Ronningsbakken, and Shaun Ellis, who has been able to live with wolves unharmed.

Nightline Prime: Secrets of Your Mind (10pm, ABC) - Neurosurgeon Julian Bailes at work. Bailes discusses the stresses and satisfactions of his job and must also repair an aneurysm that burst during surgery. 

What to Watch on Wednesday: Season finales for "Dance," "Work of Art"

Big Brother (8pm, CBS) - Big Brother 11 winner (and NC native) Jordan Lloyd visits the house tonight with her buddy Jeff Schroeder, and the Power of Veto competition is held.

So You Think You Can Dance (8pm, Fox) - Tonight is the two-hour finale and all three final dancers perform. Clarification: by "finale" we mean tonight is the final night of performances. The winner will be announced on Thursday's show.

Top Chef: Washington, DC (9pm, Bravo) - It's Restaurant Wars night! The contestants are divided into teams to run a D.C. restaurant, and will be serving Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and food critic Frank Bruni.

Work of Art (10pm, Bravo) - In the season 1 finale, the remaining artists have to create art in their respective homes and then show the art at a final gala. This blog is pulling for Abdi (right) all the way.

Hot in Cleveland (10pm, TV Land) - Joe Jonas guest stars as Melanie's son, who comes for a visit. Also, Elka helps Victoria campaign for sympathy votes after she's nominated for an Emmy.

Psych (10pm, USA) - Shawn and Gus infiltrate a drag-racing ring to find the killer of a car thief, but Shawn gets a little too caught up in life in the fast lane and jeopardizes the case.

What to Watch on Thursday: "Rookie Blue" goes undercover

Big Brother 12 (8pm, CBS) - The mole is revealed! The first house guest is evicted tonight, and the identity of the saboteur is revealed to the audience at home.

Rookie Blue (9pm, ABC) - Andy goes undercover as a prostitute as she and Dove try to impress Sgt. Boyko with their initiative. Instead, they end up putting an informant's life in jeopardy. This Canadian cop show just got picked up by ABC for a second season.

Mary Knows Best (9pm, Syfy) - A new series featuring popular psychic and radio show host Mary Occhino and her family. In the first episode, Mary's son helps her launch a store and she tries to find a suitor for her daughter.

Boston Med (10pm, ABC) - A trauma surgeon works on a pregnant woman who was shot in the chest, and a teen with a diseased heart waits for a transplant. Also, a pair of surgical residents enjoy a night on the town, and an ER nurse relaxes on a cruise with her coworkers.

NICU (10pm, Discovery Health Channel) - In the opener of this new series following medical professionals in the neonatal intensive care unit at Baltimore's Mercy Medical Center, two tiny babies with breathing problems are delivered. In a second new episode at 10:30, two obese mothers undergo emergency C-sections, and each baby presents its own set of problems.

What to Watch on Thursday: New "Big Brother" gets moley

Big Brother 12 (8pm, CBS) - The twelfth installment of "Big Brother" begins tonight. The  house guests are introduced and we learn that one of them is a saboteur whose sole mission is to wreak havoc in the house. So it's sort of a "Big Brother" meets "The Mole" this time around. Who will it be?

Rookie Blue (9pm, ABC) - The police department throws a "Fite Night" charity event, and Andy faces a tough decision regarding a domestic violence victim.

Boston Med (10pm, ABC) - A neurosurgeon prepares for a risky surgery removing a cancerous tumor from a man's sinus cavity. Also, a first year surgery resident attempts his first appendectomy and discusses dating prospects with a colleague.

Bethenny's Getting Married? (10pm, Bravo) - This is it: wedding day.

Ace of Cakes (10pm, Food) - Duff builds his tallest cake ever, modeled after an Egyptian pharaoh, but transporting it turns out to be a huge problem.

The Ultimate Merger (10pm, TV One) - Chef G. Garvin helps the bachelors with a cooking challenge, and ends up clashing with one of them. I'm still trying to figure out why any of these men want to date Omarosa to start with.

"The Amazing Race": A finale with results that didn't surprise

That's not to say it wasn't exciting.

In fact, it was pretty close, and at more than one point, it could have been anyone's game.

But I suppose the inevitable is called inevitable because it's inevitable.

Big Brother: Jordan Lloyd is all grown up


And her graduation gift is $500,000!!!

That's right, our girl from Matthews went all the way, winning Big Brother 11. (She said spending time in the Big Brother house without her family made her feel like a grown-up.)

She beat Kevin in the final part of the HOH competition, then ousted him from the house. (She felt awful!)

And then, in the final vote, she won 5 to 2 with Jessie, Lydia, Michele, Jeff and America giving her their votes.

What to Watch on Tuesday: NC woman makes it to Big Brother finale

Biggest Loser (8pm, NBC) - Tonight is the season premiere and three of the sixteen folks on the show are from NC (Antoine Dove, Daniel Wright, and Tracey Yukich). They'll be working to lose weight and get back on the healthy track, and we'll be recapping the show, so check back with us tomorrow!

Big Brother 11 (9pm, CBS) - It's finally over! Jordan Lloyd (right) and Kevin compete for HoH and the winner gets to evict one person from the house. Then jury members question the final two and select a winner. Of course we're hoping Jordan, from Matthews, N.C., wins it all, but even if she doesn't, she's done amazingly well. Good job, Jordan.

Shaq Vs. (9pm, ABC) - Shaq takes on Olympic swimming machine Michael Phelps. Phelps will be heavily handicapped to give Shaq a prayer.

The Jay Leno Show (10pm, NBC) - Jay has Michael Moore, Tom Cruise, and Cameron Diaz.

Flipping Out (10pm, Bravo) - Jeff falls ill and accuses Zoila of poisoning him, so Jenni has to take over for him on job sites.
