Our correspondent Josh Harrell, who has done nothing but great work for us ever since I've arrived here at The Cary News, will be leaving us this summer for grad school at Watkins Film School in Nashville, Tenn.
But as it turns out, Josh's branching out into another media platform could benefit us in the short-term.
Because while Josh is perfecting his craft, sometimes he'll hook us up with video highlights of the games he covers — like this video where Garner's Hunter Brown hits the eventual game-winning home run in the top of the eighth to lead the Trojans past Fuquay-Varina 4-2.
It adds a new dimension to the area sports coverage we try to do here at The Cary News/Southwest Wake News.
Honestly, I don't know how the guy does it. I can barely talk on the cell phone and write down stats at the same time, much less do all the necessary things AND film. But anyways, hope you all enjoy (unless you're from Fuquay, then I'll understand).
