--No sooner do I get back from interviewing Christ School and Middle Creek do I witness four Ravenscroft 3-pointers. They haven't missed yet and it's 14-4 Ravenscroft with 5:08 to go in the first.

--Ryan Kelly gets two three-point plays, one beyond the arc and the other the old-fashioned way, and it's 20-10 Ravenscroft. Marques Oliver and Earnest Ross have hit 3's of their own. It's raining 3's here in Holliday Gym.

--Ravenscroft is perfect from the field and it's 25-14 in the first. Panther Creek isn't playing bad. It's just hard to compete against perfection.

--The first quarter ends with Ravenscroft up 27-18. Eighteen points is good for a quarter, but the Ravens are a scorching 9-of-9 from the field!

--Finally, the Ravens miss a free throw! Actually two, and it's the first anything Ravenscroft has missed so far.

--Marques Oliver drains another three (who knew he had that kind of range?) and Earnest Ross gets a layup (but misses the free throw) to cut it to 29-23.

--Finally, with 5:26 left in the second quarter, Ravenscroft misses a shot.

--Ryan Kelly can't miss! It's 33-25 and he's got an array of shots he can hit.

--Mike Hood hits a 3-pointer from the corner that glances off the backboard and in. It's 33-28 Ravenscroft.

--Earnest Ross nails a 24-footer falling to his right as time expires to bring the Catamounts back into it. Your halftime score: Ravenscroft 38, Panther Creek 31.

--Ryan Kelly has 17 and Earnest Ross has 14 points  at halftime.

--Wow. Check out these halftime stats: Ravenscroft is 6-for-6 from beyond the arc, and 14-of-16 from the field (87.5 percent). Folks, that's flat-out shooting the rock. Somehow, Panther Creek is only down seven.

--Ryan Kelly now has 21 points. He can't do any wrong tonight, as he's perfect from everywhere on the court.

--Ross his free throw off an "and one" play and cuts the lead down to 13. It's 50-37 Ravenscroft. Ryan Kelly still hasn't missed.

--HE MISSED IT! Ryan Kelly's 3-point attempt is off the mark and it doesn't come until the 4:30 mark in the third quarter. He's still got 25+ at this point.

--Ravenscroft pulls ahead in the third, despite actually missing shots (Kelly has gone ice cold. I think he missed two). It's 57-42 after three.

--Ryan Kelly misses two more (OK, I'll stop now) but Ravenscroft still isn't allowing Panther Creek to get back in it. 64-43 with 6:06 left in the fourth.

--Ross gets an alley-oop and two free throws, but it's still 66-47 Ravenscroft.

--The white flag is out as both teams empty their benches. It's 74-51 Ravenscroft with 1:36 left.

--Final score: Ravenscroft 77, Panther Creek 53
