N.C. State's football game at Duke on Nov. 8 at 3:30 p.m. may not be televised, according to an announcement from the ACC today. The State-Duke game will either be televised by ESPNU or made available via video streaming online by ESPN360.com, which had exclusive coverage of the Wolfpack's 27-24 loss to Maryland on Saturday.

The ACC says ESPN/ABC has declared a six-day option for the games of Saturday, Nov. 8, holding two ACC games — Georgia Tech at North Carolina and Clemson at Florida State. The decision on game times and networks will be decided no later than noon this Sunday.

The six-day option will also affect the game time and network for the Virginia-at-Wake Forest game, which will be televised either by Raycom Sports at noon or on ESPNU at 3:30 p.m.

Two Saturday Nov. 8 game times are set: NCSU at Duke and Notre Dame at Boston College at 8 p.m., but the network decision (ABC or ESPN) will be made Sunday. The Maryland at Virginia Tech game will be televised by ESPN at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6.

Here's the schedule for that week:

Since the UNC game is a 6 day option..

does that mean it is either a 3:30 or 7 pm start?
Thanks for any insight.

Will double-check ...

... on that.

It means ...

... the game could basically start at any time — noon, 3:30 p.m., 7 p.m., whenever ...

Thanks
