This week's statewide soccer rankings are littered with Triangle-area teams.

4-A: Jordan remains the leader among the Triangle's 4-A squds, ranked second in the state behind defending champ Greensboro Page. The Falcons are 6-0-0.
The Fuquay-Varina Bengals (7-0-0) of the Tri-Nine Conference are still unscored on, unbeaten and untied this year and they moved up to No. 5 this week.
Leesville Road (5-1) is the top-ranked team out of the Cap-8 Conference at No. 8. The Pride is followed closely behind at No. 9 by Green Hope (6-2) of the Tri-Nine Conference.
Millbrook (6-0-2) is 10th, East Chapel Hill (4-1-1) is 11th and Athens Drive (6-1-1) made its debut in the rankings at 14th.
Broughton, Sanderson, East Wake and Apex are all in the "others receiving votes."
3-A: Chapel Hill (6-2-0) is the area's top-ranked 3-A team, ranked 4th overall. Carolina-6 Conference foe Cardinal Gibbons (6-1-0) is right behind, ranked 5th in the state.
From the same conference, Orange (7-0-0) is ranked 12th. Southern Lee of the Cape Fear Valley Conference is in the "others receiving votes."
2-A: The Carolina-9 Conference is well-represented in the 2-A poll, with Carrboro (7-2-0) staying in 9th and Durham School of the Arts (4-1) in 10th.
Pittsboro Northwood, also from the same league, is in the "others receiving votes."
1-A: It's the Carolina-9 Conference again — the league has 1-A and 2-A schools — taking up most of the Triangle's spots in this poll.
Raleigh Charter (4-1-1) is No. 2 in the 1-A poll while the N.C. School of Science & Math (4-0-0) is 5th.
Independent schools: North Raleigh Christian Academy (8-3-1) is the top-ranked independent school in the area at No. 5. Cary Academy, which like NRCA, plays in the Triangle Independent Schools Conference, is No. 14.
Undefeated Cary Christian (8-0-1) is No. 9, and St. David's (7-3-1) is No. 12. Both teams compete in the Eastern Plains Independent Conference.
Ravenscroft and (Durham) Carolina Friends are in the "others receiving votes."
