Wake Forest-Rolesville girls dominate Cap Seven golf

Wake Forest-Rolesville dominated the Cap Seven 4-A girls golf this season, finishing 7-0 in league matches.

The Cougars' Shauna Walor (39.67 stroke average), Megan Levy (41.67), Maggie Whisnant (43.8) and Anna Padgett (49.5)  all were named the 10-player all-conference team.

Wakefield's Courtney McKim, the 2007 state champion, dominated the individual competition in the league with a 36.0 stroke average per nine holes.

The Cap 7 girls will play in the NCHSAA regional on Tuesday at Chapel Ridge Country Club near Pittsboro.
