Greenville Rose rallied from a 3-0 deficit with a five-run fifth inning Thursday night and went on to top Sanderson 6-3 in Game 1 of the best-of-three 4-A eastern regional baseball championship series. Game 2 will be Friday at 7 p.m. at Optmist Park in Raleigh.
