Two defending state champions looked the part in Saturday evening's 1A/2A East swimming regional, as the Raleigh Charter girls and Carrboro boys won by landslides.
It was a good day to be in the Carolina 12 Conference, as it placed the top four teams in both the boys and girls competitions.
