New N.C. State men's basketball coach Mark Gottfried has gotten to work quickly in the recruiting, but the payoff could be a couple of years away.
The Wolfpack coach has offered a scholarship to 6-foot-3 Ravenscoft sophomore Anton Gill.
Gill also is getting interest from other Atlantic Coast Conference schools and already had offers from East Carolina and Old Dominion, according to Ravenscroft coach Kevin Billerman.
Gill averaged 15.7 points on a 25-4 club.
Billerman said several ACC school are showing interest in the Ravens' 6-1 junior guard Madison Jones (11.6 points per game).
Andrew Franz, a 6-4 junior, has offers from Southern Conference and Patriot League schools and 6-7 sophomoe Marcus Bryant is getting interest from some upper Division I schools and some mid-majors, according to Billerman.
