Corinth Holders High notches its first conference championship

Corinth Holders High School earned its first conference championship in the school's short history on Monday, winning the Northern Carolina 2-A Conference team cross country championship. The Pirates' lineup featured mainly freshmen.

We'll have more on their win in next week's Garner-Clayton Record and The Herald.
