Hey, blue Mustang driver in Chapel Hill

Chapel Hill's parks and rec director Butch Kisiah sent this by way of town PIO Catherine Lazorko. She says it will help us see just how small town we are (because how many blue Mustang convertibles can there be?).
To the Driver of a Blue Mustang Convertible:

You lost two white plastic lamp covers while going over a bump in the road at Rosemary and Columbia streets on Wednesday morning, July 23. They have been found and are being held at the front reception desk of Town Hall. Call 968-2743.
