Yes, he did!

To the great benefit of Americans (including our veterans, women, the elderly, children, the poor, and the middle class) President Obama has kept 190 of his promises. He's compromised on 72.  Promises "in the works" number 112, 49 are stalled, and 83 have been broken (source: PolitiFact).  Romney, Ryan, and the Republicans say President Obama has not kept any of his promises (a lie).  What they fail to mention is that Republicans in Congress (including Ryan) are complicit in any failures Obama experienced during his first term.  Those promises "broken, stalled, and in the works" are the result of a House of Representatives that vowed on the very night of Obama's inauguration to make every effort to see to it he failed as president, thereafter doing everything in its power to make good on that promise--without regard for the welfare of our country and her people.  President Obama has shown courage and wisdom in his foreign policy and has spoken out and acted on behalf of women from day one of his presidency.  He deserves another term.  It's amazing how many Americans are willing to vote against their own self-interests to elect an empty suit whose lifelong ego-driven quest to become president manifests itself in myriad lies and distrotions regarding President Obama and his remarkable (especially given the opposition he's faced) record of accomplishment.
