They're calling it "mild" but U.S. starter LeBron James suffered a sprained right on Tuesday in Las Vegas. The Associated Press said James landed on Kevin Durant's foot. Durant was playing for the U.S. Select Team against the U.S. Olympic squad during a scrimmage.
In case you're wondering how an injured James would affect the U.S. starting lineup, the U.S. could go small with shooting guard Dwyane Wade or big with power forward Carlos Boozer joining Kobe Bryant, Jason Kidd, Carmelo Anthony and Dwight Howard.
