Jerry Stackhouse Pro-Am League

Many thanks to Jerry Stackhouse and the members of the Pro-am League for the opportunity of showing the sport and athleticism of wheelchair basketball. It was an honor for all who played. The fun spirited, yet competitive way Jerry and the Pro-Am team played the youth was fantastic! It took a lot of character and strength to play in a different format than they are accustomed to. Thank for being leaders! Bridge II Sports is working on a statewide infrastructure for sustainalbe adaptive sports with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation of NC. Wheelchair basketball is identified as one of the sports to further developed! For more information, please see our web: www.bridge2sports.org. Thank you to the community who came out and enjoyed the game! Ashley Thomas, Executive Director, Bridge II Sports
